Attention all parents: when it is in the 90’s, please do not send your child to school in sweat pants and a sweat shirt. It get SOOO flipping hot on the blacktop, I seriously thought that we were going to have a few pass out from the heat. I ran three kids up to the nurses office in just one day because they were not feeling great. This is my first summer/fall in the this town, I’m really hoping that it starts to cool down eventually. I’ve been wearing skirts to work the past few weeks just because it’s been so hot. Skirts are not so great when you work with kindergarteners and spends most of your day on the floor!
